    early morning wake ups, long hours (really long hours), and bullshit leadership and thats just scratching the surface. We are assigned recipe cards that MUST BE FOLLOWED or else we can get in some ridiculous trouble….it’s just not real cooking. The recipe cards don’t really bother me to much i just use them as guidelines i dont really follow them to the letter like they want (renegade for life) its the other nonsense that bothers me
